The Quality and Inclusion through Education project in the view of the authorities

On Friday, March 03, 2023, an important event took place within our project: the implementation stage presentation conference. At the halfway point, the first results obtained were also shown. Those present, representatives of the public authorities, of the Neamt and Iași County School Inspectorates, of the House of the Neamt Didactic Corps, of the educational units and of the local administrations from the communities where the project takes place, appreciated our activities!

“This project is an impact project for education in Neamț county, but certainly the colleagues from Iaşi are of the same opinion. As we have seen, at this date there are huge steps in implementation. A large number of activities have already been carried out, such as psycho-pedagogical counseling, interactive workshops, I have seen how happy the children are, that’s why I congratulate you!” said Mrs. Irina Elena Roxana, Methodist teacher at Piatra Neamț Didactic House.

“To the extent that all institutions are focused on the social inclusion of disadvantaged groups, on reducing school dropout and absenteeism, for us, the Piatra Neamt Social Assistance Department, the project comes as additional help in ensuring the rights of all children to a quality education, non-discriminatory. I congratulate CJRAE for the initiative, but also the partners DGASPC Neamt and the Social Alert Association, who had the courage to initiate and implement a project of such a size, and especially to apply in the most marginalized communities. Not an easy job, but one that brings results in proportion.” claims Mrs. Maria Bengoi, local expert on Roma issues within the Department of Social Assistance of Piatra Neamț municipality.

“The project is very welcome in our community. What is being done with the students of the Ion Creangă Secondary School represents only an important step in the education and development of the children, for which we thank you” added Mr. Dorin Tabacariu, the Mayor of the Ion Creangă commune.
