Self-knowledge exercises to increase school performance
At the Bodești Secondary School, the children participated in an activity about EMOTIONS, which our project specialists believe is the first step for the child’s self-control and calming him down, a step that consists in the awareness and recognition of the type of emotion that appears.
Once this is achieved, the child will identify constructive solutions by himself, developing new skills.
So, the other day, 10 beneficiaries of the “Quality and Inclusion through Education” Project, from the Bodești Secondary School, participated in a group activity, using 10 therapeutic stories.
The children were very excited. I taught them WHAT emotions are, WHERE they feel in the body and HOW they can overcome them (the unpleasant ones), so that they can get to know each other better.
