Emotions through emoticons

At the Gherăesti Secondary School, during the most recent visit, I met not only the children who have been enrolled in our project since the beginning, but also new beneficiaries. Just as beautiful, just as ambitious, active and curious to learn interesting things from those who work with them.

They had two tasks: first they had to draw from a square anything other than a house – and their imagination outlined characters from cartoons or paintings (all extraordinarily beautiful!).

And then they got to know the emoticons through which they learned to recognize and express their emotions. Remedial education teacher Ms. Minodora Gălățanu coordinated them with dedication.
