The general objective of the project: to increase the level, but also the quality of educational and social inclusion for 913 children at risk of social exclusion in Neamț and Iași counties, as well as the implementation of an inclusive, personalized and integrated intervention model at community level, in order to achieve long-term sustainable results.
The specific objectives of the project are:
– increasing the degree of educational and social inclusion of 550 children with special educational needs, from Neamț and Iași counties, through integrated activities carried out in 16 communities, during 30 months;
– the decrease of the risk of dropping out of school and of the accentuated absenteeism for 363 children from Neamț and Iași counties through integrated activities carried out in 16 communities;
– the creation of support mechanisms at the level of the 16 communities that could strengthen the process of educational and social inclusion through integrated activities at the level of 200 relevant experts from the targeted communities and 500 parents, over a period of 30 months.
The results of the project: the educational and social integration of a number of 363 children at risk of social exclusion, due to the increased risk of dropping out of school and a number of 550 children with special educational needs.
Total value of the project: 1,450,502 Euro amount provided by Norway through the Norwegian Grants 2014-2021 under the Program “Local Development, Poverty Reduction and Increasing Roma Inclusion”, administered by the Romanian Fund for Social Development.
