About emotions
Well found from Tămășeni Secondary School!
Here, the beneficiaries of our project participated in an activity carried out at the community library, together with remedial education teacher Cristina Antochi and librarian Georgeta Caliman and school counselor Izabela Antonica.
This time they talked about emotions. What are they? How do we deal with emotions?
“The children learned that emotions strong are an essential part of the human being. They help us to love, to feel, to experience joy and to be attached to each other. However, very strong emotions – especially unpleasant feelings like fear, anger and fear – can be painful and excruciating.
Starting from reading Tame Your Monsters, an emotional story that helps children navigate the emotional complexities of life, we learned how to approach unpleasant feelings with care and not resistance, a method that brings lifelong benefits.
The reading was supplemented with discussions, funny games, which gave us more confidence in ourselves. ” Mrs. Cristina Antochi, remedial education teacher, told us.
